To our valuable customers,

The state of Ohio has issued a Stay At Home Order to all individuals, and are requiring all non-essential businesses to cease operation, with certain exceptions. Many of you have contacted us and are concerned about being able to continue to purchase, at discounted prices, essential items during this difficult time such as food products, household consumer products, cleaning and personal care products, electrical, plumbing, heating and other hardware products, household appliances, computers, audio and video electronics, and other products that support not only your households but other essential businesses, and that are exceptions to the Stay At Home Order.

The health and well-being of our employees and our customers is very important to us. Effective immediately, the following guidelines have been implemented:

• SOCIAL DISTANCING: We are following CDC guidelines to minimize any risk to our customers and employees. Respectfully we are asking our customers to maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet between each person. We will also only be allowing 10 costumers inside the warehouse at one time. 
• EXTENDED PICK UP HOURS: To help eliminate long line ups during pickup we have extended our hours.
• FEWER AUCTIONS: In addition to extended pickup hours, we have reduced the number of auctions ending daily to minimize employee and customer traffic.
• INCREASED ESSENTIAL ITEMS: We understand that many essential household items might be limited and difficult to find, so we have refocused our product offering to provide our bidders with more of much needed essentials.
• BUY NOW FEATURE: We have temporarily implemented a BUY NOW feature to eliminate bids going over retail prices on certain essential categories.
• MODIFIED CHECKOUT: To limit the number of surfaces that you come into contact with, we have temporarily suspended the need for bidders to sign our IPods during checkouts. We will also continue to have the option of having your items brought out directly into your vehicle.

If you develop flu like symptoms, please contact your medical provider immediately and do not come to any of the pickup locations. Instead, contact us at support@olauction.com to make alternative arrangements.
