WARRANTY & CONDITION
Most of these items are either new in the box or online returns. Some of the items may have been previously opened, used, or have been damaged. The stock images, titles, and retail prices come directly from the mainstream seller and are representative of the original product. Each item is listed per their individual UPC label. Please pay close attention to the item's description, as our staff uses specific condition notations to disclose the details of an item. Review the condition notations listed in our terms for further clarification on the item’s corresponding description. Our staff uses various notations to describe the condition of the item; therefore, none of the enclosed items can be guaranteed or warranted. It is the bidder's responsibility to make themselves aware of all of the provided descriptions and photos. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items are sold as is with no warranty. No refunds will be made.
BIDDING
Bidder must be a registered user to place a bid on an item. By registering and placing a bid, the bidder agrees to all the terms and conditions. Before placing bids, please take a few seconds to review auction details before submission as Online Liquidation Auction cannot edit or delete bids after they have been submitted. If you are unsure about any of the Terms and Conditions, pricing, or condition notations; OLAuction urges you not to bid as all sales are final and no refunds are given.
EXTENDED BIDDING
All items will begin closing at a specified time. We utilize an auto extend feature. Any bid placed at the end of an auction will cause the auction ending to be automatically extended by three minute from the time the bid was placed. This feature gives an online auction more of a “live” auction feel.
PAYMENTS
All purchases will be charged with a 13% auction fee. After each auction the credit cards on file will be charged and a "paid in full" invoice will be sent via email. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Credit cards will automatically be charged at the end of the auction unless otherwise specified under auction details. Bidders must have available funds on their credit card and must have a valid card on file to continue bidding. At the conclusion of the auction, a "Paid In Full" invoice will be emailed the morning of the scheduled auction pickup. Bidders who accumulate unpaid invoices risk losing their items and/or bidding privileges.
PRE-AUTHORIZATION
A $1.00 pre-authorization amount will be applied to your credit card for each auction you bid in. This is a pending-only charge meant to verify your credit card. This charge will not post permanently to your account and will automatically drop off. If there are any questions, feel free to contact us at Support@OLAuction.com.
CONDITION NOTATION
New: These are items that appear to be in a new condition or have never been used previously. These items are not tested for functionality or completeness.
Open Box - Like New: These items appear to be in generally new condition. The original protective packaging may be missing or damaged, but the item itself can be expected to have minimal to no damage. They generally contain all major components, but may be missing supplementary parts and hardware.
Open Box - Good: These items come from a multitude of circumstances, shelf pulls, overstock, used returns, etc. Because of this, “Open Box - Good” items may have visible issues of varying degrees. An “Open Box- Good” item could be incomplete and has not been tested for functionality.
Open Box - Used: These items may have been previously owned or returned, and show varying degrees of use. Signs of use can include, but are not limited to, issues such as scratches, dents, breaks and consistent wear. These items may be incomplete to various degrees and could have more damages than found upon being inventoried by OLA.
Open Box - Salvage: These items have been bought and returned, and their condition is unknown. While some may be in original packaging, others will have issues with functionality, condition, and completeness. Major components may be missing, and sets may be incomplete. “Open Box - Salvage” items may be defective, salvage and have more issues than found upon initial inspection.
Please read our notations carefully before bidding, as bidding is consenting to this information. Our staff uses these specifications on each item. All sales are final and no refunds will be made.
ITEMS STAGGERED CLOSING
The online auction closes six items per minute. This feature will close the bidding on intervals. If two bidders are bidding for the same item within the last minute of an item's scheduled end time the item's bidding will be extended for an additional minute. This feature gives an online auction more of a "live" auction feel. Auctions will close once all items have ended.
LOSS OF BIDDING PRIVILEGES
If the buyer's credit card is declined, issues persist, or the account is in violation with our Terms & Conditions, access to bidding may be blocked. In addition, Online Liquidation Auction reserves the right to turn off bidding privileges. Privileges may be restored at the discretion of Online Liquidation Auction.
INVOICES
Invoices are emailed the morning of the auction’s scheduled pickup time and sent via email and stored in the bidder’s “invoice portal” on their account. If the bidder did not receive an invoice, please be sure to check the spam folder and review the invoice portal. An email can be sent to Support@OLAuction.com regarding issues receiving or finding an invoice.
PICKING UP ITEMS
At the time of pick up, the buyer must present a "paid in full" invoice (either printed or electronically) and a valid driver's license. Driver's license numbers may be recorded at the time of pickup to ensure multiple people are not picking up the same item. If unable to come to the scheduled pickup day/time, it is the bidder's responsibility to send someone on their behalf with a valid driver's license and a "paid in full" invoice. Item(s) that are not picked up on the scheduled pickup date will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal, resale or donation without refund, unless the winning bidder contacts Support@OLAuction.com to arrange an alternative pickup.
You will be asked to sign your invoice before leaving to verify that your pickup is complete. Please review that you have received all items before doing so. In the event of a missing item, the bidder must notify the staff prior to signing or leaving pick up. No missing items will be eligible for refund once the bidder has left the premises.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Our auctions require local pick up, but we can make the exception to ship upon request for our out of state bidders. If you are interested, please forward a "paid in full" invoice and desired shipping address to Support@OLAuction.com by the end of the scheduled pick up day listed on the invoice. We will bring those items to our main office location and contact you with a shipping and handling quote once we have one. We do not offer automatic shipping at this time, so all desired items must be included in the request in order to be shipped. Items that are not requested or included in an email will not be shipped nor eligible for refund. For our local bidders, there is a scheduled pick up date listed on the invoice that must be honored. If you cannot make the scheduled pick up date, please contact Support@OLAuction.com to arrange alternative pick up.
TAX EXEMPTION
Please bring a Tax Exemption form when picking up your item. You can also send one via email to Support@OLAuction.com. Exemption will apply to purchases made after the submission of official documentation. Failure to do so, tax exemption will not be accepted and you will have to apply to the state for a refund.
RESERVES
Online Liquidation Auction reserves the right to end, delay or extend the length of an auction or time of pick-up, for any reason and any time. In addition, any item may be removed from the online auction at any time. Online Liquidation Auction has the right to refuse sale any time before payment is made.
AUCTION SERVICES
Liquidation Auction is not licensed as an auctioneer or auction firm. We do not provide any type of auction services or auctioneering.
