Our staff does not open or inspect all items. Items are listed based on the items' UPC# and/or description located on the packaging which are then matched to a manifest provided by the suppliers. Items may be incomplete, damaged, or mislabeled. A red comment may be added to the items description if we notice an opened or torn box with damaged components. Stock photos and descriptions are used and are representative of the actual item. We rely on bidders to visit us on preview day to inspect item(s) condition and completeness. Please note: ALL sales are final and no refunds will be made. Items are sold as is with no warranty.

WARRANTY & CONDITION
Most of these items are either new in the box or online returns. Some of the items may have been previously opened, used, or have been damaged. The photos used are stock photos and are representative of the merchandise. Each item is listed per their individual UPC label. Please pay close attention to the item's description, as occasionally our staff might flag item(s) that are incomplete and/or damaged. These items will contain additional details about their condition. Please do not solely rely on this description as it is bidder's responsibility to inspect the item(s) they are interested in during the preview day. Our staff does not inspect or open the packages; therefore, none of the enclosed items can be guaranteed or warranted. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect the item(s) they are interested in during the preview day. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items are sold as is with no warranty. No refunds will be made.
Bidder must be a registered user to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, bidder agrees to all the terms and conditions. Before placing bids, please take a few seconds to review auction details before submission as Online Liquidation Auction cannot edit or delete bids after they have been submitted.
All items will begin closing at a specified time. We utilize an auto extend feature. Any bid placed at the end of an auction will cause the auction ending to be automatically extended by three minute from the time the bid was placed. This feature gives an online auction more of a “live” auction feel.
All purchases will be charged with a 13% auction fee. After each auction the credit cards on file will be charged and a "paid in full" invoice will be sent via email. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Credit cards will automatically be charged at the end of the auction unless otherwise specified under auction details. Bidders must have available funds on their credit card. At the conclusion of the auction, a "Payed In Full" invoice will be emailed the morning of the scheduled auction pickup.
A $1.00 pre-authorization amount will be applied to your credit card for each auction you bid in. This is a pending-only charge meant to verify your credit card. LOSS OF BIDDING PRIVILEGES
If buyer's credit card is declined bidding privileges may be revoked. In addition, Online Liquidation Auction reserves the right to turn off bidding privileges when not abiding to the Terms & Condition. Privileges may be restored at the discretion of Online Liquidation Auction.
Invoices are generated the morning of the auction’s scheduled pickup time and sent via email. If the bidder did not receive an invoice, please be sure to check the spam folder. An email can be sent to Support@OLAuction.com to receive a duplicate invoice (duplicate invoice requests must be made no later than 1 hour prior to scheduled pickup).
PICKING UP ITEMS
At the time of pickup buyer must present a "paid in full" invoice (either printed or electronically) and a valid driver's license. Driver's license numbers may be recorded at the time of pickup to ensure multiple people are not picking up the same item. If unable to come to the scheduled pickup day/time, it is the bidder's responsibility to send someone on their behalf with a valid driver's license and a "paid in full" invoice. Item(s) that are not picked up on the scheduled pickup date are subject to relisting without refund on the next auction, unless the winning bidder contacts Support@OLAuction.com to arrange an alternative pickup.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Online liquidation auction uses UPS as a preferred shipper. Once an item is won and the bidder is interested in shipping, please forward a "paid in full" invoice and desired shipping address to Support@OLAuction.com. From there, we will email the bidder an adjusted invoice and shipping cost will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
Please bring Tax Exemption form when picking up your item. Failure to do so, tax exemption will not be accepted and you will have to apply to the state for a refund.
Online Liquidation Auction reserves the right to end, delay or extend the length of an auction or time of pick-up, for any reason and any time. In addition, any item may be removed from the online auction at any time. Online Liquidation Auction has the right to refuse sale any time before payment is made.
Online Liquidation Auction is not licensed as an auctioneer or auction firm. We do not provide any type of auction services or auctioneering.
